How accurate is Annogator?

Are my competitors already automating MLR submissions?

Does it use AI?
Nope! By default the annotations are solely deterministic, because some clients have no-AI policies. Both products feature an optional embedded, local model for clients who permit the use of local models.
Our local model is not generative, has no contact with LLMs, runs on CPUs, and keeps 100% of client data on your agency’s servers (with AG Pro). With AG Lite, the job and references stay on our server only as the job is annotated, and then are deleted. No documents or client data are stored once the annotations are completed.
Can Annogator be customized for my agency?
Yes. Annogator comes with baked-in customization options. Full customization is also available.

Is Annogator SOC 2 certified?
Our hosts, Netlify and Render both maintain SOC 2 Type II attestation, and Netlify additionally holds ISO 27001. Annogator itself is a small company and has not been through an audit of its own.
Is my file encrypted at rest?
There is no “at rest” to encrypt. Your file is never written to a database, an object store, or a persistent disk. It exists in a temporary directory for the few seconds the conversion takes and is gone before the response leaves the server.
